A rare opportunity to step out of your daily rhythm and into a deeply restorative Ayurvedic reset.
Panchakarma is a traditional healing process designed to cleanse, rebalance and renew the body through personalised treatments, nourishing food, and complete nervous system rest.
Dates: 14 – 31 January 2027
Location: South Coast Beachside Ayurvedic centre, Sri Lanka
Investment: approximately €1,500 (sharing a room with one person, all treatments, food and consultations included) + flight cost (800-900€).
There is also the option to arrive a few days earlier (14–19 January) to explore a beautiful part of Sri Lanka before beginning the retreat. Budget about 100€ per day all inclusive.

The Ayurvedic centre is 1,5-2 hours to the international airport, Colombo
Maximum occupancy of the villa: 09 Adults.
❖ Additional guests: We can accommodate a maximum of 13 Adults having the accommodation in a nearby villa, a similar property to our villa, having all the meals and Ayurveda treatments at our villa.
Accommodation in villa = 9 Adults + Accommodation in a nearby similar villa = 3 Adults
❖ Facilities in the rooms: En- suite private bathrooms + Hot water + Air-conditioning+ closets. Wifi is available in rooms & throughout the property.
❖ Number of Treatment rooms: 4 (4 Adults can have treatments each time.)
❖ Doctors: A well-qualified in-house Ayurveda doctor is available in the property. Property is owned by two doctors, who works for Sri Lankan government hospitals.
❖ Other Facilities: Swimming pool, Yoga pavilion, Swimmable beach in walking distance.
❖ Environment: A calm & peaceful land, surrounded by coconut plantations.
❖ Staff: In house Villa Manager (English Speaking), In house Ayurveda Doctor
2 Cooks, 4 Therapists, 2 Waiters & Cleaners
❖ Food: We offer all Ayurvedic meals. Vegetarian & Vegan options are available.
Other information:
❖ Distance from the Airport: You can reach to the venue by 1 hour & 30 minutes.
❖ Transportation: We can organize private Car / Van for you. A Car (Two Persons) will cost Euro 80 each way & A Van (Up to 6 Persons) will cost Euro 100 Each way.
❖ Distance from the beach : 2 Minutes Walk.
❖ Excursions & Activities available (Extra cost applicable. Some might be included in your retreat plan too)

A deposit of 50% to Radhadesh will be requested to secure your place.
Please register your motivation for the retreat at least 8 weeks in advance. A number of rooms are pre-booked for our group and the sooner we know you are interested the more chance we can accommodate your request.
Some last minute arrangements can be made sometimes but it really depends on availability.
Non refundable deposits are payable six weeks in advance to Radhadesh, and rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
The balance is due two weeks before the retreat.
When you register you will receive an email with payment instructions and specific information within an appropriate timeframe.
It depends on your approach and how deeply you want to engage in the retreat. Some find 4 days intense but manageable, while others prefer 6 days for deeper integration and relaxation. All sessions aim to provide transformation and elevation, but participation is flexible based on your comfort level.
