If you feel like your mind is always racing and you struggle to think clearly, sound healing could be what you need to find peace and stillness. An Individual Sound Healing Session begins with a short exchange about your current challenges and intentions. We then work with movement, breath, mantra and sound to restore your optimal self.

Individuals, couples, duos and small groups can book at the location near the Palais de Justice. The exact address is communicated upon booking.
What does an Individual, Duo or group Session involve?
You will be guided through some or all of the following:
– Preparing the body and mind with a body and breath warm up sitting on floor or chair
– Breathing technique(s)/ meditation
– Intention setting
– Chakra meditation or Yoga Nidra
– Chakra balancing Sound Healing

Please note that a special service is available for persons who are terminally ill or at the end of life to help with this transition in the most elevated state possible. These ceremonies take place with the loved ones at home or in hospital or care home. The person does not have to be conscious to receive. The energy exchange is based on the location. If you would like to book a sound healing appointment for yourself with friends for a special event; birthdays, anniversaries or a way to spend time consciously with friends or relatives. Contact me. Bookings are possible on some Saturday and Sunday afternoons or at lunch breaks weekdays.
Healing time: 90 minutes – includes breathwork, movement and a sound bath.
