These retreats are more than just yoga practice in a pleasant setting. Indeed we evolve and grow by stepping out of our comfort zone.
Our objective for these retreats is to create the environment, the experience and the tools to support the body, mind and soul on a transformative uplifting journey of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing, BreathWalk along with a balanced diet.
Kundalini Yoga retreats can be a launchpad for change, release or other forms of transformation. It is recommended to have already experienced some Kundalini Yoga prior to the retreat. This can be arranged through my online classes.
If you have questions related to retreats, please consult the information & Question and Answer section below. You are welcome to ask further questions online after class or by email.
If you would like to register for any of these retreats please send me an email with your motivation, experience and room preference: single or double.

Questions & Answers
All the pratical information about the retreats
Yes, having free time and personal space is important for integrating your experiences. Much of the retreat will be in silence, allowing for personal reflection. There are single rooms available and plenty of spaces to be alone during breaks.
Deposits are payable six weeks in advance, and rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. The balance is due two weeks before the retreat. You will receive an email with payment instructions and specific information within an appropriate timeframe. If you require an invoice for the retreat, you must request it with your invoicing details at the time of booking NOT after the retreat.
It depends on your approach and how deeply you want to engage in the retreat. Some find 4 days intense but worth the engagement for the outcome, while others prefer 6 days for more integration and relaxation. All sessions aim to provide transformation and elevation, but participation is flexible based on your comfort level.
A packing list will be provided at least four weeks in advance. Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are available on-site, so you only need to bring personal items and any additional comforts you may want.
It is not recommended for total beginners to start Kundalini Yoga at these retreats as the fundamentals will not be taught. Prior experience with Kundalini Yoga is suggested to get the most out of the retreat. Online classes are available to prepare you beforehand. However, requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact me to discuss your situation.

"The Gong is the first and last instrument for the human mind, there is only one thing that can supersede and command the human mind, the sound of the Gong. It is the first sound in the universe, the sound that created this universe. It’s the basic creative sound. To the mind, the sound of the gong is like a mother and father that gave it birth. The mind has no power to resist a gong that is well played."
— Yogi Bhajan
